
Challenge
LiveArmy had recently expanded to include a recording studio and performance venue, but both were underutilized and weren’t contributing to revenue growth. The school was still new and focused on building awareness and its student base.
Strategy & Execution
We built collaborations with key decision-makers in the local municipality and nearby schools to increase exposure and create consistent programming. Together, we launched weekly street performances featuring students and teachers, and developed LiveArmy Boutique — a series of live shows with independent artists. Each performance was recorded, edited, and uploaded to a new YouTube channel, giving artists organic advertising and the school recurring content and exposure.
Results
These collaborations generated steady community engagement, increased studio and venue rentals, and created a weekly revenue stream through municipal partnerships. The YouTube channel amplified visibility and turned the school into a beloved local creative hub — a hidden gem with a growing reputation.
