
Challenge
Following the success of the previous year’s Muni Expo, which I also managed, Avdor Systems wanted to build an even stronger brand presence. With a larger corner booth and growing competition, the goal was to stand out visually, modernize their digital identity, and create consistency between the company’s online and offline presence.
Strategy & Execution
Led a full website redesign, creating a modern, data-driven layout that reflected AVdor’s technological innovation and made navigation intuitive for B2G audiences.
At the same time, designed the complete Muni Expo experience, including a 3D booth floor plan, large-scale backdrop graphics, LED-wall marketing content, and printed materials. Coordinated directly with vendors and technical teams, managing logistics from pre-production through on-site setup to ensure flawless execution.
Results
The unified campaign elevated AVdor’s image and improved lead quality.
The new website served as a professional hub for Expo visitors, strengthening follow-up conversions. The booth attracted key municipal decision-makers, expanded the company’s targeted contact base, and solidified AVdor Systems’ reputation as a leader in municipal innovation.
