Challenge
After six years as Avdor Systems’ in-house creative lead, during which I designed and produced the company’s core marketing assets, videos, presentations, and case studies, the challenge shifted from individual projects to long-term visual consistency at scale.
As Avdor expanded its presence through recurring municipal expos, annual seminars, webinars, and company-led events, the goal was to create a unified visual system that could adapt across digital, print, video, and physical environments while maintaining a strong, recognizable brand.
Strategy & Execution
I led Avdor’s visual and graphic design output across all major brand touchpoints. This included redesigning the company website to present complex technological solutions through a clear, structured, and data-driven visual language tailored to B2G audiences.
In parallel, I designed and executed the complete visual experience for two consecutive Muni Expos, as well as yearly seminars, webinars, and internal company events. My work covered booth visual concepts, 3D floor plans, large-scale backdrop graphics, LED-wall and video content, printed materials, presentations, and supporting campaign assets.
Across these initiatives, I built and maintained a consistent visual system spanning digital campaigns, technical and marketing videos, case studies, social assets, and live-event environments. I collaborated closely with technical teams and vendors to ensure accurate execution from concept through on-site delivery, while personally designing the majority of visual assets.
Results
The unified visual language strengthened Avdor’s brand presence across both digital and physical channels. Events and expos benefited from a clear, professional, and modern visual identity that attracted municipal decision-makers and improved lead quality. The redesigned website and supporting video content served as a strong post-event hub, supporting clearer communication, stronger follow-up, and higher-value engagement. Over time, this consistent design system reinforced Avdor Systems’ reputation as a credible and visually confident leader in municipal innovation.
