Challenge
Lilia was investing heavily in paid ads without seeing meaningful client growth. Her social presence lacked visual consistency, clear brand messaging, and a structured design system to support trust, conversions, and long-term scalability.

Strategy & Execution
We paused all paid advertising and rebuilt the foundation. I redefined the brand tone and visual direction, clarified the target audience, and designed core brand and campaign assets.
To support growth on a limited budget, I trained and guided Lilia in simple design tools such as Canva, while creating rotating visual templates and a structured content system. In many cases, I directly designed the visuals, while enabling her to handle basic design tasks independently without compromising brand consistency.

Results
Within the first month, engagement and positive feedback increased significantly. By the second month, her social profile functioned as a clear digital portfolio, attracting organic clients and referrals. With a consistent visual language and stronger brand confidence in place, the brand is now ready to relaunch targeted paid campaigns with a clear and cohesive design system.
